Use this page to ask us to remove an intimate visual depiction of you, or of someone you represent, that was published on this service without consent. This includes content that was generated or altered with our tools. You do not need an account and you do not need to be signed in to send this request.
Before you start
- Tell us where the content is. A page address is best; if you cannot copy one, describe where it appears.
- Give us an email address we can reply to. We send the receipt, and any question we need to ask, to that address only.
- Do not attach or re-upload the content itself.
- For other kinds of complaint — copyright, trademark, privacy or account problems — write to support@loreels.com instead.
What happens after you submit
- You get a case number as soon as the report is received, both on this page and by email. Keep it: with your email address it is how you check progress.
- We complete our verification and act on the outcome by the deadline shown on your receipt. We cannot promise in advance that the content will be removed — that depends on what the verification finds.
- If the receipt email does not arrive, your report is still recorded and the deadline is still running. Write down the case number from this page, or contact support@loreels.com.
- We keep a record of every report and of each step we take on it, so that we can show how and when it was handled.
Check the progress of a report
Enter the case number together with the email address you used. Both have to match; we cannot confirm whether a case exists on the case number alone.
